Two Upcoming Opportunities to Connect, Learn and Feel Supported

Greenwich has two important mental health and carers’ events coming up — each offering space to share experiences, build confidence and access practical support.

🗓 Event 1: Mental Health Carers Peer Support Group. Designed for anyone supporting a loved one with mental health needs. This session offers a safe place to talk, meet other carers, share challenges and gain emotional and practical support. A chance to feel heard, understood and less alone.

🗓 Event 2: Mental Health & Wellbeing Carers forum. A welcoming space to explore mental wellbeing, learn helpful strategies and connect with others who understand the pressures of daily life. Expect open conversation, supportive facilitators and tools you can use straight away.
