Join Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust to share in their special non-religious service to remember them and others we have lost in our community.
Anyone who has been affected by the death of an adult is welcome. The service will be filled with readings, music and other acts of remembrance.
COVID-19 safety rules will be confirmed closer to the date.
