About this event
This workshop is aimed at anyone who has used services at Lewisham & Greenwich Trust, or is a family member or carer of somebody who has received care from us and would like to get involved in helping us to improve our services.
During this interactive session we will cover the following:
- What is Quality Improvement and how are we approaching this at Lewisham & Greenwich NHS Trust?
- Provide examples of Quality Improvement projects and how patients have been involved in improvements
- How you can get involved in a Quality Improvement project and what to expect
