This is one of many cookery courses being provided for free across the borough, funded by the council.
This course at Trinity Church, 265 Burrage Road, Plumstead, SE18 7JW will run every Tuesday for five weeks, starting on the 1st March.
The programme continues the excellent work done by Public Health for more than 10 years helping people to make healthier choices.
Running since 2003, the Community Cookery Clubs have been working with people across the borough demonstrating healthy, affordable and accessible recipes as part of a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
Those who attend the cookery clubs receive a free recipe book, which incorporates all the healthy eating messages and also tips on how to buy and eat more sustainably by using more seasonal, lower carbon impact, higher welfare ingredients.
