CraftA Makerspace
This is a no pressure holistic space for relaxation.
As a forum, group participants get to decide what they would like to do and are free and independent to work on what they want.
Bring your own creative makes and crafts so you are not making alone*, or share in our projects. Try knit and crochet, creative journalling or mindfulness textiling, cross stitch or embroidery, ault colouring or basic water colour projects.
...Or come and make and mend creatively, with experts, with items you cannot bare to part with for sentimental reasons.
- Participate in occasional guest workshops.
- Relax, play games, chess, scrabble etc.
....Or just sit with a magazine and relax, chat and have a cuppa and people watch.
*CraftA have lots of donated materials so there is usually plenty to go around. They have wool, scrap booking materials, drawing materials, use of many tools, material, embroidery hoops and calico, games etc
This event takes place every Wednesday from 10.30-12.30 at Clockhouse Community Centre
