Have your say on your Greenwich pharmacy

Residents who use pharmaceutical services in Royal Greenwich are being asked to give their feedback on how we might improve our local services.

The Council is carrying out a new ‘Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment’ (PNA). The PNA will help us understand in where pharmacies are required and the services they should provide. We want to use the feedback of local people to help shape future services across the borough.

Pharmacies are an essential and valued service in Royal Greenwich. We understand that local people rely on the professionalism, courtesy, and quality of local practitioners.

From dispensing medical prescriptions, to offering free and impartial health advice, we consider pharmaceutical services as a cornerstone for a healthy society.

In consultation, Royal Borough of Greenwich will ask:

  • How do you use your pharmacy?

  • What your experience is like when you visit?

  • What would you like to see change in future?

Take the survey

We are encouraging everyone that relies on pharmaceutical services to take part in this survey and help shape future policy around the needs and requirements of local people.
