Doctors will be on a six-day strike from Thursday 27 June. This is likely to increase pressure on hospitals across south east London.

Doctors are striking from Thursday 27 June to Tuesday 2 July.
During this time, hospitals across south east London are likely to be busier than usual.
If you need care over this period:
- You can visit your local pharmacy for expert advice and medicines
- Call 999 or go to your nearest Emergency Department (A&E) if you have a life-threatening emergency or serious injury
- Go to NHS 111 online, if you cannot contact your GP
- For a mental health emergency, go to NHS 111 online
- People who don’t have internet access can call NHS 111 by dialling 111
