Pregnancy, new mums and partners
Get free support from a stop smoking Specialist at Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
Your antenatal clinic and some Children’s Centres also have stop smoking advisors for pregnant women and new mums.
Check with your local Children’s Centre to find out when these sessions run or visit a specialist in the stop smoking clinic.
Support for work places
Quitting with your work colleagues can be a great way to keep motivated. A Stop Smoking Advisor can help your employer to organise stop smoking sessions at your work place.
