Our Annual Report for the year 2025-2026. How your feedback helped us work to improve health and social care services in Greenwich over the past year, and what our key priorities will be for 2026-2027.

Highlights from our year

Reaching out

  • 2,725 people shared their experiences of health and social care services with us, helping to raise awareness of issues and improve care.
  • 80,057 people came to us for clear advice and information about topics such as mental health and the cost-of-living crisis.

Making a difference to care

  • We published 16 reports about the improvements people would like to see to health and social care services.
  • Our most-read report was the Raising Awareness of Abuse, which explored the barriers people from marginalised communities face in recognising abuse, seeking support and accessing services

Health and care that works for you

  • We’re lucky to have worked with over 35 outstanding volunteers and community supporters who gave up over 840 hours of their time to help us improve local services.
  • We’re funded by our local authority. In 2025-26 we received £145,000.
  • During 2025-2026, we employed between 4-6 staff members who help us carry out our work.
