February 2021 Feedback Report
Healthwatch Greenwich collected 390 responses from a range of sources, such as meetings, emails and social media about people's experiences during February 2021
The responses are from the following sources:
- Calls and emails to Healthwatch Greenwich from Greenwich residents and service users
- Meetings between Healthwatch Greenwich community representatives or leaders
- Meetings between Healthwatch Greenwich and groups of Greenwich service user
- Conversations as seen on Twitter and local community Facebook groups
- Online reviews of services
The feedback concerns the following topics:
- COVID-19 vaccination
- GP services (including telephone contact and booking appointments, registrations, digital access, repeat prescriptions, tests, referrals, and complaints)
- Physiotherapy
- Adult social care (inclduing care homes)
- Dental care
