At Healthwatch Greenwich, we’re supporting the reshaping of outpatient care in ways that better meet the needs of residents. In collaboration with other Healthwatch organisations in south-east London, we worked alongside Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust (LGT) to make sure the voices of patients and carers are at the heart of how services are delivered. Through this partnership and the feedback of hundreds of residents, a more flexible, inclusive, and responsive outpatient system is taking shape, one that gives people more say in their care.

In May, Healthwatch Greenwich took part in a Dementia Support Event organised by the Royal Borough of Greenwich.
