April saw the launch of the General Medical Council’s public consultation on changes to patient feedback requirements for re-validation. Healthwatch Greenwich were asked to take part.

Our Annual Report for the year 2018-2019- How your feedback helped us work to improve health and social care services in Greenwich over the past year, and what our key priorities will be for 2020-21.

In 2018, we re-visited our 2014 report regarding the issues experienced by members of the Nepalese community when accessing health services in Greenwich, in order to see how service providers responded to our 2014 recommendations.

In August 2018, Healthwatch Greenwich used our power of Enter and View to visit 167 Lodge Hill Care Home.

In January 2016, Healthwatch Greenwich conducted an Enter and View at Eltham Palace Surgery. In August 2018, we used our power of Enter and View to revisit the Surgery.

In August 2018, Healthwatch Greenwich used our power of Enter and View to visit 169 The Lodge care home.

In July 2018, Healthwatch Greenwich used our power of Enter and View to visit 58 The Village Care Home.

In February 2016, Healthwatch Greenwich conducted an Enter and View at Ferryview Health Centre. In July 2018, we used our power of Enter and View to revisit the Surgery.

In July 2018, Healthwatch Greenwich used our power of Enter and View to visit the Passey Place branch of Eltham Medical Practice.
